She leads and guides the Operations at Edmappers Pvt Ltd which is a complete education advisory firm mentoring student’s career path and providing Career and Admission Guidance.

She also holds the position of a trustee for ‘We Believe Foundation’, not-for-profit organization for poor and semi-educated people, especially women. She has also served as an Events head for FICCI Ladies Organization and is a current active member.

Is credited with MA English and MS in Education Management, she has been professionally active as a Student Adviser and coach for more than 18 years in International Education Management, Training & Liaison, Education & Career Counseling. She interacts with students through workshops and boot camps on Early Career Planning, Life Coaching, Admission Planning, College Essay Guidance, and through personal Counseling Sessions. She is a powerhouse of career information and insight. She has been training student on school to college and college to work scenarios and dynamics. With a specialization in Early Career Planning and English language training (ELT), she coaches student from some of the best schools and colleges across India. She has helped more than 40000 students understand how to strategize early career planning. She was empanelled to evaluate and conduct “Train the Trainer” program for the “Rural Skill Development and Employment” wing as part of Telangana Government initiative.

Responsibilities include setting up of new student outreach model and university partnerships. Additional Expertise includes Instructional Leadership, SME - English, Educational Administration.

She carries a rich experience of over 14 years of which 10 years has been in the Education Industry. A commerce graduate started working in the financial investment sector. After three years, her strength in customer handling and administrative processing saw her foray into international admissions processing with one of the leading UK based overseas education consulting company and since then there has been no turning back. Over the years, she has gained significant knowledge on admission processing for several countries including UK, USA, Singapore and Canada among others. She has been part of the company since its founding days. A very methodical person, at Edmappers, she is the go-to person for all MIS reports, invoicing and admissions.

She comes with the experience of 5 years into Travel Trade & Hospitality Industry, with Sales and Events being her forte.

She has worked with corperates like Thomas cook India Pvt Ltd, Taj Hotels, W Hotels - Marriott International & Hyatt Hotels. Successfully handled multiple events with 500+ attendees, and has a great deal of self-sufficiency in accomplishing her duties.

A Dynamic Professional with 13 Years of Qualitative experience into Business Development, HR, IT, Recruitments, Counseling & Customer Support. 

With Accounts background started her journey as Customer Support Representative for Airtel in the year 2006 and currently associated with Edmappers as Center Head handling overall branch operations and holds the skill in coordinating and prioritizing work and activities of the entire team.  She comes with the knowledge of supervisory practices and principles and helps the system to improvise the process and managing staff. As a center representative responds to the emergency situations quickly and ensures all queries are controlled in time.

Prior to this, she was into recruitments, have conducted multiple Campus Drives for various Engineering &  Degree Colleges in and across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh. As an IT coordinator worked with Wipro handling the project of Software installation for all SBI banks in and across AP & Telangana. Overall a self-driven individual who has more exposure into every single area of the organization and people management.

She comes with the experience of 4 years into handling students. The student-mentor relationship is such a complex one, which can be rewarding as well as problematic at times. She is the one who has proven for her convincing skills matching to the student level of understanding. As a mentor she is someone who takes a special interest in helping students to understand the importance of the right course and curriculum which will eventually leads them to be a successful professional.
